All paintings are made using black pen, watercolor and gouache on 4-ply Bristol board (really thick paper). Standard sizes are available, which means you can find a frame in any Target and won’t need to worry about custom framing. If you’d like a different size, please let me know.

After placing your order, please email hello@rachelheiss.com with your order number and several photos of the home. Be sure to specify which angle you’d prefer, along with any details that you’d like me to include.
